I can't find that price verified though. Also, it isn't just an effect, it is an algorithm that you make into presets. It's a mode or whatever in the Factor pedals.

Makes sense. Even though they seem available on the site it still seems like it will be a pain in the ass to actually get one

Yeah. When I ordered my TimeLine many moons ago from Strymon, I noticed A LOT of people after me getting theirs, when I had not even gotten a confirmation. So I contacted Strymon and they said there was a glitch in my order and I should have gotten it two weeks before I contacted them. They shipped it out that day. Guh
