Quickie:
I plan on changing shit up avatar-wise frequently....deal with it wizard-bear council.

I hate my voice. People say I sound like my dad on the phone, though. He sounds pretty blokey to me, so that's alright.
Patrick Warburton has the best voice ever.
When I get bent I just sound like an archetypal anime villain.

Block inlays are fucking sexy.

Ax: Moose is gonna get back to me later. If you have any sage advice, I am super stoked to hear it.

My daughter just put my sunglasses on, but they were way too huge so she was wearing them around her neck.
Super cute.

I love 12's on bass, especially Eminence Delta Pro12A's. Perfect mix of huge low end, cutting mids and smooth top end.

My boyfriend and I need to tie some loose ends up before we get hitched. Plus I need to get my ass back on the eliptical machine so I can fit in my wedding dress.

Well shit, MD actually did something right for once..... They're also extremely close to legalizing the mary jane as well. If it wasn't for their ridiculous taxes, anti-gun laws, and anti-self defense laws (you get in more trouble for defending yourself than for attacking someone), I might consider moving there. As of right now though I value the ability to defend my family and myself if need be. Where I am as soon as your body is 51% inside my house with the intent to do harm I am 100% legally allowed to kill you any way I need to, with what ever I can get my hands on.
Come to Waldorf, muhahahahhaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Apart from there not being an outlet for doomers and droners, its actually pretty nice. http://money.cnn.com/magazines/moneymag ... 81175.html I've lived here for the past 15 or so years and I've seen a lot change at a very rapid pace. I really miss living in Colorado though

I've been to Waldorf before, well specifically MIR, and ummm no thanks I'll stick to my used to be po-dunk now suburbia lil town in Virginia. Everyone makes fun of the rednecks in VA, but Waldorf ain't much better if at all IMO.

I'm not sure what speakers are in it, but we've had an Avatar B212 at storage for ever and I used it to prop up a guitar cab off the floor for more volume and randomly decided to plug it in a try it out with my full rig and I was blown away. I used my YBA-3 and I was surprised how articulate it held the notes even with all the low end I was pushing out. It was also loud. I know it has Eminence drivers, just not sure which model. That paired up really well with the Beta Bass pushing my 810 right next to it. It seemed like it finally gave me those low mid frequencies I've been looking for while keeping things articulate, which I tend to think some 15's lose out on unless being pushed with tons of power, at which the most powerful amp I have is my YBA-3, so, yeah.

If you get a chance to pop the back off take some pics and post em up. From what your describing (insanely loud and tons of low mids) it sounds like DP12A's are whats in there. I had them in my Emperor 2x12 bass cab and it was INSANE how loud that lil cab could be. I played a show in a 200 person room and the sound guy said that my cab put out more low end than the (really cheap) 18" subs he was using, and I was only using an AD200B with the volume at maybe 11-12:00.

LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rednecks that are cool with homo's are a barrel of monkey's to hang with. Get drunk and stoned, shoot fireworks, listen to shit like Motorhead, etc.... But yeah, generally speaking, people are fucking weird in this area. Everyone that I meet from another area is always complaining about the general attitude of people in Waldorf. I don't blame them at all.

For years I felt awkward and out of place being seemingly a lot more sensitive than most of my lady friends. It's not that they were INsensitive, just that I was extra sensitive and couldn't handle banter or jokes of any kind. Everything would cut deep. But as time went on and things started to change, I began to accept and even be proud of my hyper-sensitivity. Usually men are not allowed to show signs of emotion, but things are gradually changing. And I'm also seeing more women scientists and other fields that are usually solely men-orientated. And most importantly, more women and men are standing up and questioning what we're so used to, what we've been conditioned to feel is 'normal'.

Owner of the cab thinks it has Delta 12's, but I'm not 100% sure until I open it up. I know it's just a simple 606 type of design of a cab. I think Emperor does similar design with their cabs but without insulation and less bracing, both of which I can easily do myself if I end up going that route. I just want something huge that will sound good through a 200w-250w tube amp. I know we kinda spoke about it through PM last week, and a couple pages back, but I feel like powering a cab that's 1000w and such doesn't sound as good as powering a cab that's closer to the output power of the amp. It could just be my ears and/or a placebo effect, but sometimes my Sunn sounds like crap through a 1000w cab but great through a 300w cab, etc etc. To be fair, though, I've never played a 250w + tube amp through a 1000w cab. So I might be slightly biased at the moment.

After I stopped giving a fuck and decided to let the real Thomas out, I shocked the shit out of my co-workers. They already knew I was gay, but some of them still had to get fucking used to it real quick! It was the most liberating experience of my life. I really found out who my friends were after that bullshit.

So latest issue with the 7 string kit build is that one of the pickups arrived doa. Anyone have any suggestions for what to order to replace it with? I'm trying to keep the build costs down on this as well.

Build thread is here btw- http://www.ilovefuzz.com/viewtopic.php?f=192&t=38260
