Truth, here is a great place to learn about what is good and also prices based off what people have gotten. NAD, NGD, NPD, pay attention. learn. and then when you come across that great item at a good price. get it. there are plenty of other folks who know what it is and what it is worth. I've had awesome luck (and luck has a great deal to do with it) by learning about how things work and taking chances on "broken" amps. The butcher I just got for $240 was sold as partially working. It needed a good cleaning.ShaolinLambKiller wrote:Yea don't even bother asking here, just jump and react. that's how deals are made.
So did you bid on that Sound City?

The sunns I have bought have ranged from needing more help than I can do to just needing some wiggling. I got an insane deal on a concert bass that sounded better than the one tony was using at the time a while back because the owner had no idea what it was or how it functioned. we ended up selling the one he had and splitting the profit to buy more gear.
Patience is the number one thing.
Wait for the opportunity, and when it comes, take it.
i agree with this statement. and I'm jealous.ShaolinLambKiller wrote:Solid man, I'm certain you'll be happy with that SC 50
