Anyways....a short snippet of a coded message I picked up on my shortwave receiver the other night. Assumed to have originated from Andrews AFB. So says the "andrews out" at the end of transmission. Assumed to be something related to this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emergency_Action_Message
