Fuck I shouldn't check Craigslist when I'm not actively looking for something. 
Found a Goatkeeper 3 near me for an extremely reasonable price (below value by a fair bit I'd say), so I'm strongly considering firing off an email and seeing if I can meet up with him tomorrow afternoon.

Go for it! The Goatse is one of the most fun pedals out there. And if you're getting it below value can always flip it later.

Sure is! I emailed right after I posted about it. Hopefully he'll get back to me in time for me to get it in the afternoon before I have to work.
