My family and I just rented a whole house via AirBNB for a week in Washington DC and it was pretty great. Did a venue get settled on? If it's PhilaMOCA, then the neighbourhood is Callowhill (or the Eraserhood). Public transportation is serviceable, but by no means a point of pride. It's really easy to get between Center City and any point in West Philly, or to head north or south along Broad Street or the north end of Front Street, but otherwise public transport usually involves buses.

I'll be able to bring my Acoustic 370 and 2x15 cab. As long as this shit is on some ground level floor because I reallllllllllllllllllllllly don't want to carry that cab up stairs.
