why do that when sriracha?
I feel like I have a little more control with straight cayenne over sriracha. I have a hard time making things with sriracha that don't just taste like sriracha, but cayenne you can make disappear until the very back end. That said there's a place here in Tallahassee that does bacon wrapped hotdogs with mac on them and I drench that shit in sriracha and then lay down for a while...
