Not really, see before salt adds saltiness it does a pretty good job of removing bitterness, this is the same reason it's added to lemon based things too, and dark chocolate (heathens!) The trick is using a very small amount.

There are a lot of coffee places where I live, so getting a good pouch of beans ends up being cheaper than a lot of store stuff. works out for me.

There was a lady at my old work that filled her cup up 1/2 way with cream.

Bitter is where it's at.

I'm tempted to melt some of this dark chocolate Bradsmannen gave me for ILFMAS into my coffee.
It is the perfect amount of bitter for a mocha.
That shit has to be dark with those rich aftertastes.
Nothing more disappointing than a mocha that tastes like someone poured a McDonald's chocolate shake into your black.
