That does look like a pretty nice website.

That first aftershave looks great too. If you try it, syl, please, let us know what you think.

Since this is the grooming section... are you using some fancy face wash and moisturizer, sunscreen, etc?

Me I just wash my face with Spectro, no moisturizer, no sunscreen.

The Leap?

It's a pretty good quality soap and I think it smells nice. It gets me clean.

One of the ingredients is shea butter. So, there's the moisturizing element too.

You're welcome. Yeah, I'd say it's mild. It's definitely simple, not a lot of ingredients. Pretty much just the essentials.

In the past, I've used seaweed soaps. Those can be irritating, the seaweed scrubs the skin right off.

I'm gonna pick up some aftershave too. Think I might try this:

So, I tried this Jack Black aftershave for the first time today. Not sure I like it. When applied, it feels too greasy for me. Can't tell yet how effective it is yet (I didn't shave that closely today). I'll have to give it a few more tries before I really pass judgement.

I may have to pick up some of the Weleda aftershave if this doesn't work out. Maybe I should've done that in the first place?

I love Weleda shave cream, but I hate Weleda aftershave... it smell bad and it is kind of liquide.

Thanks, Syl.

Yeah, the Weleda aftershave has alcohol in it too. Which is probably why I didn't pick it up in the first place. Rather not have alcohol in it.

So, anybody else have any aftershave recommendations?

Tried the Jack Black aftershave for the second time today. Used a little less. Better results, skin absorbed it more easily (TWSS) and it therefore felt less greasy. Still unsure if I really like it. ( :erm: Cliffhanger, I know. :snax: )

Those seem relatively expensive (for me), syl.

That being said, it's important to find grooming products you really love no matter the price.

I think I'd be more inclined to try the aftershave than the shave cream.

I don't really like non-foaming shaving cream. I've found they're :erm: too slick. They feel weirdo on your face.

You maybe right about that cream... I like the weleda a lot, but the size of the bottle is very small and it's quite expensive.
I hated the Earthscience cream because on that oily slick texture.

Chank, what shave cream are you using?
