finally someone put a stop to Maradonas ego. As much as I don't like Germany (in a footballing manner that is, come on, I'm part english, it's natural) I can't deny that they're playing some brilliant football at the moment. Özil and Schweinsteiger have been brilliant. Klose and Podolski are always threatening. Lahm has been a great captain. And this Müller kid...what a player!

I honestly think that Germanys is going to kick them out too. Our defense is far too good for a team that relies on one player to organize the game. Messi was neutralized, same will happen to Villa and Robben. Argentina neutralized Özil, but then there were Schweinsteiger and Müller to fill that gap. thats was kinda boring. although i'm just not a fan of spains style of football at all and often when too great teams come together you end up with a pretty average match.

this german team is going to be ace next world cup

The Octopus voted for Germany in the EuroCup Final two years ago and was wrong. The bastard seemed to have a habit about germany vs spain. Now it will be:

nah... football is about more than just passing it around in little triangles for 90 minutes like spain are so fond of. that would've been a nice enough match if it had been earlier in the tournament, but i want to see some drama in my world cup semi finals
