urg. HAWT.

found a dood on TalkBass that was selling a GS112 over in SF. waiting on a pm back to see if he it's still available. he listed it at $350, i'm hoping he'll do some tradey trade or take $300.

Remind me, the GS112 is that ported 12" speaker cab that can take a bunch of watts, right ?

yah. 12" Aguilar that can take 300 watts. most of them are 8 ohms i think? earlier ones came in 4 ohms mebbe. dunno. i have a GS212 and 3 GS112's. NEED. ONE. MOAR.

Yes! It's right in between the PS-2 and PS-5 as it has all the wacky sounds and more compared to the PS-2 but it can still do some decent pitch shifting too (unlike the PS-2 :lol:). They're hyped a little too much, so it may be hard finding one for a good price, but if you find one I'd go for it. Really liking it so far (and yes, mode 7 is everything I expected/wanted it to be!)

Oh, for some reason I was thinking of the EV TL806.. which is another bass reflex (ported? I guess?) speaker cab, but designed for guitar, that can handle a lot of watts as well. I debated building my own based on: http://www.instructables.com/id/Build-a ... r-Cabinet/

The proguitarshop and the EQD demo videos really sold me on it!

Edit: I'm gonna try not to second guess myself into whether I would've preferred an Organizer.. will just have to get one of those next! :thumb:
