Okay, so basically one clip, haha. I figured I'd demo them all individually eventually, so:

IC Flanger -> Dream-Filter -> EccoDrone -> Hysteresis

There might be some jumps in volume in there, so watch your precious ears.

slimer, please?

You call those "volume jumps"?

The only time it really got a little loud was right at the very end. Sounds great throughout though. :D

For sure, UG! But I can imagine it blowing up a speaker or murdering some eardrums. It's pretty fucking crazy, haha! :!!!:

I'm glad it wasn't noticeable. It got a pretty loud when I was recording, so I figured I'd give you guys a heads up. Youtube probably compressed it like crazy.

Yeah, I really liked the combination as well. :thumb:

As far as the EccoDrone goes, it's very much like the memory loss, but way cleaner and the repeats knob is very easy to set to keep repeating indefinitely without going into oscillations (though it can, very much so). The other controls are master volume, echo volume and time. Fairly straight forward stuff, but it sounds good (warmer/less shrill than the ML) and is undoubtedly more useful in a live situation than the horizontal ML I have. If you can deal with it being relatively clean sounding that is.

Hysteresis: The controls are not labeled, and I'm not too much of a ring mod dude to be able to explain it, but to me it seems like there's two main things going on; a fast tremolo/ring mod (let's call it 1) and a slower tremolo/ringmod (2) that sounds more like a bitcrusher/aliaser. One knob is mix (or something like it) for 1, one is freq for 1, one is speed for 1 and one is mix for 2. The toggle switches between fast and slow speed for 2 and the button is like a rhythmic killswitcher of sorts that you can control with the speed knob. It's really not easy to explain, but I'm having tons of fun with it. Very diverse and deep. Good stuff!

Really great demo!

I think the Ring Mod is based off the CMOS style ring mod (like I think the Anderton one)...Neat that there are both and some signal splitting going...awesome!

Good to hear about the eccodrone too...neat stuff and again, great demo!

Thanks, LG!

Keep in mind though, I'm not one to talk about these rong madz, so I might be waaaaaaay off in my explanation.

It's more just knowing the kind of way that Rhys/Dr. Slime does thing more than anything. And that is a common design that could be bent [Montreal assembly did one too...wish I could find both of multi_s's].

And the descriptions sound awesome! Hope mine showz up soon!

Anyway, they all sound great together...it was a nice jam and that is the most important part haha

Would someone, please, do a cover of this using these slimy pedals:

I feel they're well suited.

this is probably one of my all time favorite pedal companies along every metric. im gonna pull the trigger on a dream filtre and ic water as soon as i clear up some expenses, and then its back to outlaw music. he kinda sucks at descriptions but that's part of the appeal, you have to just figure out all the knobs for yourself and be bewildered at every turn!

Probably! :joy:

Chopping together a demo of the Hysteresis/hystronic modulator now, so can enjoy some ugliness while you wait

I just realized that mine has one toggle less than the one pictured on the site. Classic Rhys! I wonder what it does? :excellent:
