Unexpected gift card at work results in Pocket Piano purchase. Had been thinking about the new Bolsa Bass one, but decided I wanted something more in the treble range to play with!
Also decided to order a new Second Voice Standard version since he discounted the price...3rd time's the charm I suppose...

Got these guys in the mail last night:
I love the Mini! so many good sounds. I'd been planning to make it compete for a spot with my Behemoth II but I'm loving it stacked WITH the behemoth so they both stay!
The QF2 is good but more complicated than I need. I have it in B/S/T so I can pay for my Red Panda Particle, but I'll keep playing with it until then and maybe even keep it, it looks right at home between the Mountainking boxes, like a cousin.

Ha! I put the gloves there to kill the shiny glare on that part of the desk from the lamp next to it. Then I was like yeah lets get a little more of the gloves in the shot, it's working.

Played a bunch of basses today and now I really want a Sterling SUB. Will probably happen before the year is over. Kinda wish it didn't have an active EQ, but it feels/sounds/costs so nice.

pretty much the only reason I have not bought one yet. i need to look into how much effort it would be to gank the active pickups/ electronics and replace them with passive components. because dang they play nice!
