Rough mix of the ending of one of the tracks I'm working on for my first ever solo full-length. The album is turning out to be the most personal thing I've ever done, but I couldn't be happier with the results thus far :!!!:

Here's a rough demo I did a few months back for my band Mopey Mumble Mouse, sent the guitar track to the singer and he recorded some lyrics for it and sent it back to me... i just recorded this on my Iphone using garageband with an acoustic guitar and the phones mic... added some light delay and chorus to it and there you go... sounds a bit rough but I like it.. i'll post the finished product when we get around to doing it proper... Cheers :picard:

the song is called Ambiguous Endings...

There's a lot of talent on here. I've been going backwards page by page and have found something good on all of them.
:thumb: :thumb: :thumb:
So I decided to put my first solo release in my sig. I was just starting to discover effects when I recorded this so there isn't much pedal use on here. There is a Tremolessence on two tracks and a semi subtle TAFM on another.

I would really appreciate feedback from anyone willing to give it. I'm not a singer by trade :erm: so bear with me.

Edit: I decided to make a new band camp with new band name and take the tracks down for re doing vocals and re-releasing with an additional 5 tracks. In the mean time check out my new compositions. They are still in the writing phase but I put them up while I search for band members

Nice job, dude!
I like the guitar work, nice and gritty and seems like you're using some interesting chord voicings. Drums definitely fit well too.
The vocals could use some work, but you already know that which is a good thing  I can't really tell if you're singing in the same key as the guitar sometimes (not necessarily a bad thing if that's intentional) and it does sound a bit flat.
Needs moar pedals too, but otherwise a job well done :thumb:

Thanks! :) Yeah my key is definitely off (which wasn't intentional), but the instruments are flatter on purpose. I'm surprised you could tell in the mix. My pedal collection is coming together very slowly so my next release will have them. :joy:

My band Don't Snow's album Everyday Neptune. Lo-fi basement recorded indie-pop with some Fuzz usage in a couple of songs. Hope you guys like it!

My band Jews and Catholics have a new record coming out in May. We recorded to 2"tape at El Guapo Recorders in Winston Salem - we are very pleased with the results!

Ahh I don't know how to properly embed my Souncloud widget - also tried to put a ReverbNation player in, didn't work. Can anyone help?
