Seriously. I do calisthenics along with ye olde jump rope to stay in offseason shape, and it's brutal. I've got like, maybe, 50 pushups in me on any given moment... if I want to be totally incapacitated for the next two days.new05002 wrote:feel the burn

I can just about do 30 str8 before I drop and have to rest. Then I can do more after I recover a little. Arm strength is a great weakness of mine, all my ability is in my legs. Jump rope is a great thing to do, did a little of that today. I do push ups each day (on off days from CrossFit workouts) to try and improve the push up number. Trust me I feel you when I say you say upper body strength is a weakness.D.o.S. wrote:

The new tele through this into the Wizard stack is fucking doomtastic. Been busting out some Winhand / Cough style tones as well as some Ufomammut style ambience combined with Earth like haunting cleans with trem. SUPER FUCKIN HAPPY.
