Ah, sorry mate, I forgot you were moving.
Super stoked for you though, man. If life is gonna be kind, then run with it!
I don't believe in karma, but if its out there, you've certainly sewn some good seeds. Soak it up dude!

I was only asking about your emperor, cause I was getting the shits with trying to work out what to do with the Sheffields, then I remembered what you put em in, and I thought something similar might be bang on for the rig I'm trying to put together.
But ill ask you again when you're all settled.

And yeah, I was asking you. Not sure if you're cool with using you're real handle here....plus as dos pointed out, there's a few of you with the same name.

Works been crazy the last couple days so its been hard to get online :grumpy: but I finished up my newer small pedalboard:

The new tele through this into the Wizard stack is fucking doomtastic. Been busting out some Winhand / Cough style tones as well as some Ufomammut style ambience combined with Earth like haunting cleans with trem. SUPER FUCKIN HAPPY.

UNITY!!!! MUUUUUSSSSTTTT REEEETAIN UUUUUUUNITY!!!!!! :oldrant:

Darn low output teles.... :grumpy:

And trust me stacking any two of the dirt pedals provides enough of a volume boost. :yay: Rat > Gloomdrive is fucking amazingly crunchy, and MC > Gloomdrive is fucking thick. Rat > MC loses definition the way i have the tone controls set but the amount of low end is just fucking ridiculous.

It's a Dirge built 1776 Multiplex delay with optional modulation board and kink control (its a momentary switch that overcharges a capacitor and causes it to sound like the tape speed went crazy fast and then slows back down). It's set in echoplex mode, which is kinda bright but I use it for lead work delay and it helps it cut through like nobodies business. I use the RV-3 for darker more ambient delays.

Taaaaasty. Also, telecasters are fucking awesome. I don't know why they don't get more love re: heavy bands.

Talk about grumpy old man...I'm still waiting for the Infanem disc echo.

Also, been playing more slide recently. Totally changes the way I look at heavy riffs.

Agreed! They really do do well in heavy music. I think their even amazing for black metal, the slick fast necks and the bright fingerboard do great for note definition in that kinda music.

Disc Echo? Hadn't heard about that, got some deetz yo?

uh, I got turned on to it's existence as far as "coming down the pipeline" when I was looking for Echorec style pedals last year (before the Catalinbread dropped, obvs.):
