Dogs rule. the little guy there takes up a post outside the jam room every time we practice. We stop playing, he goes down stairs, we start again, he comes back up. Early on with the band we had to keep kicking him out of the room because he kept stepping on pedals. I think he thinks he's part of the band

We made some progress on the way to long song. I think we are going to get it down. I cant wait to share it with you all. guitar is all mapped out and bass is 2/3 recorded. Kind of ambitious but I'm allready thinking of putting together another massive long jam.

I love the long jams. We're working on one too that is really strange. It goes from mellow shoegaze, to this almost Meshuggah-esque palm muted part, to a slow punishing doom part where the BPM drops to negative numbers, then into an oldschool black metal part. I like it, I'm just worrying about putting it all together where it flows really well into each other.

I just want to load up all my gear and do a band expedition to a cabin in the woods.
Lots of good bear and a million pizza rolls.
Or, preferably, a bunch of stuff that we can grill.

Sounds awesome! Yeah this one covers a lot of ground as well. I'm hoping to get some time with the bass tracks tonight, get them edited and in place and then drums tomorrow and then finish up the bass, add vocs and then try to get everything at the right volumes, seems like a lot but I'm stoked to be as far along with it as we are.

Nope! This regular one is already pretty small though, so I don't get it.
Yeah, the Hall of Fame is small enough already. I think it's for those who only ever use one sound and really want to save as much space as possible.

I have always wanted to play or at least attend a show in the woods. It would be even better if it was a doom show that was very atmospheric and just gave you chills as it fit the vibe of the setting. Fog coming out as the sun sets and th band cranking it as the sun goes down. Goblins running around.
