It's moved around a bit. I kept a comfy chair on the right hand side of the pedalboard; Now it's where the amp was, and the amp and board on it's right hand side. Even comfier corner.

Careful m8.
Comfort is counterproductive to creativity.

No worries, you're well within your right to be strongly wrong :p
Dig a bit into search results for "clean desk vs messy desk" for more info on the topic.

I know about the research.

But I'm tidy and organized by nature so  Clutter is a source of anxiety for me, and it justs puts a damper on everything. It would actually drive me from making music.

Don't get me wrong though, making music I'll run cables everywhere and move my setup around and everything. But when I'm done, clean clean and organize organize

That looks like a whole bunch of fun! (I hope I can resist going modular, that would end in tears and banruptcy. And the KMI gear ... so tasty and tempting). :)

I have just recently remodeled too, pretty much the same idea, just a bit more available space I guess.

so hawt.

yeah. i'd love to have pedals lower, and wired into a patchbay. just no room right now. it's just a cable swap or two to run modular through pedz instead of bass, but it's not ideal. but it is what fits. first time in a WHILE that i can actually reach everything.

are thos the Ikea legs/shelve/stands for the monitor and speakers?

and where oh WHERE did you get that beautiful angled pedal shelving sexiness?

The legs (both kinds) are indeed IKEA; the short ones are CAPITA, and the long ones are ADILS ($4 each ...) that I shortened and trimmed the mounting plate to get the legs closer to the edges.

The pedal shelf is also a DIY project; four shelves turned into three + sides, and screwed together with IKEA-style screws and angles underneath for strength.
