My only priorities for Grilled Cheese are 1) BREAD MUST BE CRISPY OR YOU A GIT. 2) mayo on the side of the bread that hits the skillet. Shit is bomb. 3) BACON IN THE CHEESE YO.

Any other way and bruh do you even grilled cheese?

I remember one time getting a grilled cheese at some place and they put bacon bits in it, I must have been 7 or 8 and I still remember it as one of the nastiest things ever.

Corn tortillas, asadero cheese with maybe some roasted hatch chili mixed in, a bit of olive oil in the pan, served with a good chipotle pepper salsa and a bit of guacamole.

I went to a grilled cheese restaura...ehhrm...establishment(?) the other day. Dear sweet Heyswiss Creest. It was life-altering. I had one called "The Godfather" (because fuck it) and it had chedder, mozza, grilled chicken, prosciutto, pesto, spinach and topped off with a balsamic glaze. Oh and the bread was some sort of hybrid sour dough. :doom:

I went to a grilled cheese pub in Chicago once. Was full of awful douchebags (the patrons, not the employees) but the food was great.

I'm bout to make some more tonight I think. Going to grab some gouda cheese and some tomatoes.

The Gouda hunger is never satiated until you've consumed way too much of it
