I forgot to mention that this pedal dominates the mix. So my ac30 was kinda cranked into borderline mix domination already... But the Elements sealed the deal. I used it as a sort of dirty boost with the mids and treble turned up and I was getting what I consider pretty amazing toan with a band (drum, bass, and me).
I probably won't be able to capture this phenomenon at all with my iPhone mic because it is loud as hell and the iPhone mic will clip horribly at that volume. So I guess you'll just have to take my word for it on that.
So I feel like there are already a lot of nice demos of the Elements that are better than what I could do. Does anyone want to hear something different? Like brootz gain with flangey cosmichorus (even though I don't play metal), or like a loop with my el cap or something? Stacking with fuck od? If I have a pedal or combo of pedals you're curious to hear it with I'll do my best to demo it for you.

Thanks for the review, Ociffer! Don't lose any sleep over the demos, it's not an obligation or anything, it's just for fun and coolness. A bass demo would probably get a lot of views, I get asked about that a lot. Just have fun with it buddy!

I'm going to have to drop out of this sadly

Way too much going on right now and the fact that I alone have spent around $150-$200 this year just shipping pedals is eating at my bank account.
I was so excited too

Maaaaan, I even set it up so you'd get them both at the same time (roughly)

Well I got some good news just a little bit ago, might have some more time on my hands than I thought.
I can't resist Dr. Sci stuff, for now keep on the list. I'll just have to work ahead in some classes and give myself a few hour time slot to review both of them.

I should probably post a review:
Tremeloessence:
This would be the box that would kill a stereo set up, it reminded me so much of the John Formel Chorus that I got long long ago. For an effect that is #3 on my favorite list (followed by fuzz and delay) this has toppled everything that I have owned or played with the exception of the Catlinbread Pariodilia (kind of a one trick pony but a very very very good trick).
So many options, spunky and I were discussing how good the square wave is on this. Just nothing but amazing sounds you can get out of this and for the finish and price really nothing that I can think of can really compare too it .
The Elements:
The reason why I loved this and then picked one up is that just like the tremeloessence you can get a zillion different sounds out of this box. The Elements is amazing on bass and most likely is the case for guitar as well. I was slamming this into my green muff clone and getting a fuzz tone that could topple giants. You can just mess with this box and get something different every time. The Elements does not suffer from micro dialing (taking forever to get just the right thing) or build quality; everything is just there and solid.
I look forward too explore the many secrets of this box. Its kind of like the arc of the covenant for distortion pedals.
Both these pedals are the reason why I love and hate Ryan. Love the fact that not only does he produce top quality stuff but takes his older designs and improves upon them and hate him for not making a phaser, and thinking about selling my kidneys for his devices.

Nice, Max, thanks very much!
Welcome to the forum, Patrick! (You'd have been welcome to take part in these traveling pedals)

Dime, if you're someone I know outside of the forum then exceptions can be made, otherwise we have to keep it to people we're familiar with, sorry!

No worries, I know where are you coming from, I wouldn't want sending pedals to people I don't know too. Sadly, I'm fairly new to this forum, and seeing that I'm living in Slovenia where there is no way I can try before I buy, I'll just have to jump on it and hope for the best. Now to think about how to make all these university fees go away, so I can buy it faster....

I forgot I signed up for this. I have the RRR now.
I think.
Or Ryan just sent me an RRR.
Either way, cool.

Max, you're a butt. Fortunately I got in on the tourbox!
