Ehh, I dunno about that, though admittedly I started really getting into it with The Jimi Hendrix Experience.
...I still like to listen every now and then. There's nothing wrong with it! It's only uncool if you have a poster in your dorm!

IMO Waters has the perfect mix of simplicity and complex bass lines.
Ermm... I'm pretty sure that Gilmour played the bass on the album cut of that song.
