I recently had someone ask about vocals into the Pipe Amp! So I used an xlr-to-1/4" adapter, and plugged a vocal mic in!
Mode one is pretty clear, works well with a moderate/expected amount of overdrive distortion...mode two brings some feedback, especially with the microphone close to the amp. It fuzzes out the vocals, but you need to be 3' away from it and keep the volume 1/2 way up or less to avoid squeeling! Probably depends a bit on the mic. Anyway, just wanted to verify that it can be used as a sort of mega(mini)phone!
Lots of people have been asking--there'll be more by Wednesday! And a gold one in that batch.
