Frames is one of the only options for that, until the WMD Performance Mixer comes out...

Frames fits if I ditch the Terrarium expander.

Hmmmmmmm

I fucking love it -- and it was the reason I jumped into modular in the first place, so that's also a plus  . If I wasn't such a formant nerd I would probably say that it takes up a lot of space for a fairly limited application, but being able to apply that to any signal I throw at it (given the rest of the setup) is worth the HP to me.

I think I like the Qu-Bit the best out of all those, with the Happy Nerding a close second and a smaller size (neither is out yet). Frames does it differently, by morphing between a bunch of different levels that you set and store.

That PanMix looks pretty enticing.

Good to know I have options, at any rate.

Don't the new Mutable VCA/Polarizers work as mixers with CVs too? I haven't really been following them

I don't know, but this sort of thing has definitely leapt up the list in the "things to snag" list.

Also, I will finally send you the Gristle for testing/experimenting this weekend. I had no packing tape when I PM'd you, because I am a scrub.

Yeah, it looks like Veils and Blinds both do it too, and Blinds with invertable audio! So it can intermittently shift your 4 input sounds into four more output sounds. Fuck,

The Befaco Rampage is so much cooler than the Maths. There is so much control available on that thing it's insane. Turing Machine Expanders are ultimate, which is unsurprising.

I also managed to get insane "broken tape flying off the reel" sounds from my Clouds yesterday which was super weird and surprising.

The Rampage does look really cool. If I didn't already have a Maths, I'd probably get one. It's nice to see some proper competition for the Maths too

I ended up selling my Maths and used the funds to build a Rampage out of curiosity. Saved $70 as well. Definitely would say I made the right choice there.

Yo D.o.S. you still looking for mixers? Not sure if you're looking to drop this much coin, but you could probably do wacky shit with its MIDI control vs. CV control

"oh I can probably swing it if it's reasonable... HAHAHHAHA nope.... wait what does it do.... I WANT."

That might be overkill for me but the feature set looks glorious on the first goaround.

And by that I mean it's on the list for sure.
