Sorry to hear about your speaker, he was to young. R.I.P.
But COOL new speakers! Definitely do let me know. I've thought about replacing them as well as selling it, but I do like it, kinda a pain to move.
Does yours have casters on it and are they side mounted or on the bottom?

Interesting that you are considering PA speakers, I have been thinking full range speakers might be a better route to go for my setup with the 12 creating a wider range of freq's than normal.

I prefer Lo input with higher volume, push dem tubes!
I use the attenuated input on the brilliant channel of my Sound City 120, same idea as you turn the amp up but also hit it pretty hard with fuzz.

most low inputs are -3dB attenuated from the hi input but in a few amps like a 2203 and a 2203 clones the hi input passes through another gain stage. I normally just plug into the hi input and doom.

I like to max out all knobs on everything and go from there.

So I'm thinking of trading my or120 for cash, an emperor 2x15, and a sunn concert slave. I'm keen on it since I have the sovtek and I could get more money and extra cabs and such for the moment. What do you guys think? I'm not sure.

I love the sound of my Orange but with the robbery, moving out again, and all the crazy other crap. Not sure if the awesome tone is worth the price right now, I know I'll regret in the future, but maybe I will buy another on the distance future.

Aside from some minor tweaking, setup adjustments, IT'S DONE!

Added a metal pickguard I cut from a decorative plate.

I ordered the bridge separately, had to put dowels in and redrill to make it work.

I got the 12 off ebay for $200. About $600 later I have this monstrosity. Kept the middle pickup, the Fauxgsby, and the wood. everything else was replaced.

This is what i do. I like them dirty cleans though.

EDIT:

I just had a guy email me a copy of our song that is up on bandcamp with a synth track mixed in with it asking if he could start playing with us. I like it. We have been talking about bringing in someone to run synth / samples for a bit.
