Her voice is not bad, but is it seriously your contention that she has a better voice than Anne Briggs? That's dicked up. Even Dylan Carlson says she has she has the best voice ever, and he is much smarter than us.

Wow that was great, best new music I've heard in awhile. Thanks for postin
Glad you like. That was a little collab between Seth Putnam of Anal Cunt and Jim Hobbs from Fully Celebrated Orchestra among others.

Nah, I was only half serious. She's the next generation of that tradition though.
Don't get me wrong, I love Anne Briggs. It's just there are other just as worthy contenders for "best voice".

That's a pretty bold statement. I can't really tell if she has a good voice though or if I just don't like her style of singing. When she sang "we'll wake up" I winced.

I love her voice but obviously taste is subjective. I was just trying to liven this place up. He did say that though. But he is obsessed with English folk music so he is a bit biased.
Folk is really iffy for me. It depends on the style whether I love it or hate it. Folk that's mixed with modern classical, and folky dark americana, and some of the Northern European folk, is some of my favourite music.
