$4,250 and the reserve on that Slave still hasn't been hit.

if it really turns out the reserve is like I said at 10k I'd shit.
thinking about haggling down the price of this.

I believe it's the solid state version that's 80watts. I just saw it and went to listen to some sound clips, kinda standard, pretty good just not mind blowing though the soundtests I found didn't really directly match the look of this one.
don't know if I can get them to drop the price by 40% I might do it.

Is Trace Elliot any good? I saw one once at GC and liked the looks but never even tried it out due to the lack of info on the web.

Their bass gear is fucking great. love it though never had anything aside from an 810 but didn't have the original speakers so I bought it and traded it for 2 412 carvin cabs that I later sold where over everything made 300 after everything was said and done.
Haven't heard tons about their heads. from what i've been reading they are overlooked and have a pretty good gain that can get 'that high gain for heavy metal' whatever the fuck that means by random people.
also there is one that's a 100w version apparently from what I'm reading.

If you can get a good tone out of that Super Tramp then $199 is a great deal.

The last range of heads and combos that they made we're pretty great. Some transformer issues IIRC on the earlier ones. Then they got bought out by Gibson and became the basis of their Goldtone line. Had a couple of those over the years, best EL84 cleans I've ever heard. But not what comes to mind for the doomz.
