Also, where is everyone staying? I haven't booked anything yet, but I usually wait until the last moment. I'd like to stay closer to where the factory is, but that hotel near there. I shudder at the thought. lol

I realize I'm shooting a documentary with a friend between june 20th-july 1st, and our route is flying into Chicago > drive to Missouri, then Texas, then Kansas, then South Dakota and finally back to Chicago for a flight back. I don't exactly know what dates we are gonna be where, but we might possibly be able to drive through Minnesota on the way back from SD to Chicago?

I think it's obvious that this is what you should do.

How rigid is your schedule? Because you've gotta remember that Chicago to Minneapolis is 6 hours by car...Coming back from South Dakota would be ideal. I've that drive and passed right through Minneapolis. Flip that schedule...?
