Got 3 episodes in yesterday. Pretty into this show. Was hooked the second Toto's Africa came on cause that song rules.

Even corny songs can be rad in the right context.

Ok I'm just going to pretend that you did not equate the immaculate masterpiece that is Sister Christian (as written and arranged by the unimpeachable Night Ranger) to the dreck that is Africa by Toto.

Ok that nails it.
Your life needs to be on TV now.
This has to be a thing.

A) I don't appreciate the Velvet Hammer giving me the Uncle Grandfather treatment, but at least it isn't Hold the Line.
B) You two are way too desperate for some 'lite alt' late night MTV-style softcore:

The Velvet Hammer was bored and is also surprised you remember that.
It shall be undone.
And Africa is a better track than Sister Christian.

The TV show of my life would actually be fairly boring.... UNLESS WE BROUGHT IN SOME GREAT WRITERS!
But, srsly, it would mostly be waking up at 8 in the morning panicking about money and eating fruit and cleaning the carpets until i feel normal.

Don't get me wrong. Toto is ridiculous. But Night Ranger? Come on.
The only way I can stand Sister Christian is by altering the lyrics so
that the chorus becomes a heartfelt plaint about deodorant.
Try it out. It works. (sort of)
Deodorant! Wash your pits for fright
In finding Mister Right.
You'll smell all right tonight.

This still sounds like something I'd watch.

Get some dates and almond butter and a partner who needs rides to the airport at 3:30 am and you wouldn't have to watch it, you could live it!
