I'm of the opinion that it's an unlucky coincidence. No offense to Ezhi & Aka, as much as I love the crazy shit they make, but they are not exactly widely known.

Plenty of pedals have the same name, and the odds of anyone mixing up the two are zero.
I think it's a nice name for a delay pedal.

It's called research. If you are naming a new product, the first thing you ought to do when naming a product is finding out if there is a current product exists under the same name. Lots of builders do this or they are just so creative that they don't have to.

I mean, it's most likely on accident, but at the same time, homie has done some shady shit in the past anyway, so I wouldn't put it past him knowing this existed. Sure they won't be in competition because of the limited availability and Alexey didn't care, I still think it's lame.

It looks like a cool pedal, but because he's too lazy to do his own leg work, I won't even consider it.
