Keep 'em, seeing a kicker get picked in the 6th round makes the draft more pleasant.

It's hilarious to watch people draft kickers so earlier. I say we keep them because of that simple fact. LOL
I'm good with the scoring systems. Sounds better than last year. I totally agree about the QB's.

I vote ESPN.
To be difficult.
Lol. I know we're already elsewhere. So are we sending funds somewhere?

hold off on the entry fee for now. I want to work it out with Aen or Tom or whomever we're getting our prizes from first.

Well in the previous years, it's been Tom, but someone mentioned that it might be cool to mix it up and have Dwarfcraft prizes this year. If people have a strong feeling one way or the other, feel free to express them.

Re: ILFNFL Fantasy Football League
Soooooo. One tweak I would do if it were just up to me.....a TD pass for a QB is set for 4 ponts and an Int for -3. And then there is a LARGE number of flex position people. That makes the QB position so weak. I would propose we raise the TD pass to 6 points....or a consolation to at least lower Ints to -2.

Re: ILFNFL Fantasy Football League
I like where all these rules are going..
I do agree on the QB scoring...I think 4 pts for at TD and -3 points of INT doesnt balance well. I don't think an INT should equal 75% of a TD. Also, I think a QB should score more relative to other positions as they touch the ball almost every play. But, in the end it doesnt matter as we will all be playing by the same rules.

Re: ILFNFL Fantasy Football League
OK that's fine. I was trying to balance the QB scores with the other position because last year, I noticed that even schmucko QBs like Alex Smith were putting up 20 point weeks almost every week. But I'll submit to the judgment of the masses. I'm more open to raising the QB TD pts but leaving the Int penalty high, because I'm fine with the stud QBs being awesome, but what I'm really trying to do is make the shitty QBs worth less.
Also, if you think there are too many flex spots, I can remove one. I'm weird in that I like big starting lineups but I go overboard.
So, as an example, I just set it to 6 pt TDs and left Ints at -3. The difference between the top scoring QB and the 12th scoring QB is less than 25%. So then why would anyone use an early pick on Rodgers, when you could just wait and pick up a scrub like Cutler and score almost as many points? This is the problem I'm trying to solve. If you can throw 2 picks for every TD, that makes the crappy QBs still useful. How about 6pt TDs and -4pt Ints? That leaves the top-end guys really high but makes the Cutlers and Flaccos worth less.
The way that we solved this problem in my dynasty league is that we made it a superflex league, which means one of your flex spots can be a second QB. That makes the good QBs hugely valuable. But I assumed you guys wouldn't want to try that.

Fun fact: one of the two radio interviews I have ever been asked to do in my life was motivated by the fact that I had the temerity to say that Alex Smith kind of sucked.
I declined.
