This place has done a pretty good job of policing itself in the past. I see no reason why that would change. If something inappropriate is posted and nobody responds, it'll disappear pretty fast.

To be clear, the butts thread was certainly open to butts of all genders...
It was more about the objectification of asses.
It becomes difficult to justify once the attachment of a butt to a person has been acknowledged, I agree, but THE THEORY IS SOUND.

I like butts as much as the next person. I don't think those things need to be here, but they don't really bother me. I just don't look most of the time. That is what Tumblr is for. Duh.

The things that really get under my skin are the threads where a woman in music gets physically critiqued for 6 pages and no one talks about anything but their looks. It has only happened a few times and each time, it has been dealt with. I just don't think we need to encourage ILF to devolve into a mess of dirty pictures and other assorted smut.

ILF hasn't ever been terribly sexist, but it used to be WAY more dramatic. I like the relative calm now : )

Yea, I remember it used to be more chaotic when I first joined, as when I came back it was way more chilled out.
