ugh. even beyond the ugly faux pas of wearing something that looks like Grandma's Couch Camouflage, flannel FEELS nasty.
but i can't rub cotton balls (GET 'EM CHANGKSY). fabric like that freaks my skin out.
hell yeah scores are awesome. i already said it, but There Will Be Blood's soundtrack is something i bump alllllllll the time.

Also In Utero is the best Nirvana album full stop no arguing.

Yeah, I remember when you posted some of your bands tracks back when you were a 3-piece and people saying stuff like "Dude, that was awesome! It sounds just like Tool!" You could FEEL your sadness over the wireless connection.
Soundtrack I'm listening to right now: Les Revenants - Mogwai Love the series, love the music, They complement each other perfectly.
Totally cheating for "Best Soundtrack Ever" Live At Pompeii - Pink Floyd

Late to the party as usual, just checking in with you nerd-boners to see what is cool to hate on the week. Apparently liking any Grunge that was played by the larger media outlets earns you the crown of lame. Just to be clear,TAD and the Melvins are still OK and pre-Nevermind Nirvana are borderline. OK, I think I got it.
I dunno, part of my pro-Bleach snark is just enjoying bagging on Nirvana. Y'know, it's all overblown.
I like Badmotorfinger and think Superunknown is a great album, though I can no longer listen to Blackhole Sun. (Sorry, Behnds.) More interested in verge of the scene stuff, though. I ought to find some old Love Battery -- more psych, grunge-gaze.

Flannel is warm and comfy, even if it makes most people look lumpy. But it isn't a bad lumpy, not a wearing a hoodless light grey sweatshirt and looking like a highschool gym teacher lumpy, that's bad lumpy. And grunge is like that good lumpy, not edgy, or polished, not uptight, but a comfy lumpy
Also I think I can go a lifetime without another Danny Elfman soundtrack.

Do it! I grabbed DayGlo again a couple years ago in a fit of 90s nostalgia. Holds up pretty well imo. Hadn't heard it in ages, only ever had it on cassette.
My first idea for my custom Super Puzzle was the DayGlo cover art but I eventually settled on a Hubble pic of a nebula. I think I made a good choice.

The soundtrack to the game Primordia is amazingly good.
