Bitter can also be attained with any coffee as long as you use too many grounds

I've never understood dark roast. Why do I want to taste the roasting process more than the coffee bean itself. That just suggests it was a bad bean to begin with.
It's like a well done steak, if you're ordering that, just gtfo

I. Fucking. Love. Coffee. All coffee. My friend Michael roasts his own (petzounds, who are you? Because mac island is the best) and has used me as a guinea pig of sorts. I love lightly roasted Ethiopian Aramo. I also fucking love RaceTrac and 7-11 coffee. Free coffee week at RaceTrac was fucking wonderful. I counted every cup of coffee I had while in a mental institution, and I averaged 6.75 cups per day. Though, probably 12oz per cup. At home, it ends up being around a pot and a half to two pots a day.

Batdorf & Bronson. Dancing Goats. Seriously the best in the PNW, and this place started the coffee revolution. Starbucks is pissvasser in comparison.
I may actually get this tattoo'd on me. that good.

I'm spending the week with my parents for Thanksgiving and my dad, well, buys liquid shit and calls it coffee. And because they live in Conroe there isn't a legit coffee shop for miles.
Send help.
