But we know GearManDude is not-so-secretly Jack Black.
I've never seen OldBoy, but I've promised myself I never will, because all I've heard is "OMG IT'S SO GORY/SHOCKING/WHATEVER." Yeah, that sounds like
really interesting movie when that is literally all everybody ever has to say about it.

Oh, it's a part of a "revenge trilogy." Sounds great, because we know that revenge movies are known for their well-developed, multifaceted plots and their dynamic, deep, intriguing characters characters.

x2 I like when you know how a movie ends (revenge) and it's drawn out over 3 films.

I Spit On Your Grave is the best example of this.

Wait, I'm confused. I was being sarcastic.
and tbh, I do like Kill Bill. It's amazing how by ripping off so many things, Tarantino can create something so interesting. That movie is all about presentation rather than basic content though.

There's no way the ending will be preserved in this version.
That's a good thing, didn't like the ending.
like, the END end with the
hypnotism to forget what he'd done?
or the almost end with the
reveal that it's his daughter he banged?
?
'cause yeah, the END end might be a little silly, but the middle end is awesome. i loooove that movie.
also, HAAAAAKI!!!

What followed the reveal of him banging his daughter. The going on his knees to beg and cut his own tongue out, before the guy that locked him up for 15 years then set him up to bang his daughter all because he spread a rumour as a kid. He should've just slowly tortured that guy to death. That part ruined the movie for me.

but... but.....
.... that was the only way he could preserve Mido's innocence. he finally gave up his revenge, which had messed up his chances for happiness, to take care of someone else. if he tortured and killed Bad Dooder, Mido would have found out she fucked her diddy and been destroyed by it.
DAMNIT I MISSED YOU.

Pfft.
Kill everyone that has knowledge of him banging Mido, then do the hypno forgetting stuff. Been a while since I saw Oldboy but worst case is Mido finds out while he was busy killing bad guys, in which case you have her do the hypno forgetting stuff as well.

Incredibles ended in a prime spot for sequels...and it was one of the better animated movies in the past decade. Plus SAMUEL L JACKSON!
Wall-E ended where any subsequent movies would probably be a preachy, crushing bore.
Pretty safe to say that test audiences would reject a premise of cleaning the polluted planet and the life lessons/misadventures that come with it for 90min or more...
Every Shrek and Toy Story (excluding the first ones) have been nothing but merchandizing vehicles for dozens of cross-brand promotion.
Cars didn't need a sequel....or 2....either...especially without Paul Newman & George Carlin.

WTF. Oliver & Company and
Who Framed Roger Rabbit are not overrated.
And Meet The Robinsons is extremely underrated...as is The Incredibles, apparently...

but one hand, new tooth dood that ran the Imprison Forever Hilton was sitting right next to Mido with the book. and they kinda imply that the hypnotism doesn't work and Oh Dai Su still remembers at the end. so it mighhhhhhht not work.
hee. Bloody Mnded Haki. IMPLACABLE HAKI.
