Yo once the Mutantes actually starts to go down the pipeline I can mail it to you and then you send them both back once the other thingy is finished?

Tristan wrote:I can't really get a regular (non pitch shifting) reverse out of my V2 because the sound kind of dies in the middle of the speed / direction knob, are you saying that on the new version there's also a quantized increment that does (hearable) reverse delay without pitch shifting?
The way the knob works on old version: Knob centered ~ no speed/direction, or speed close to 0 in some direction, which means the pitch drop is many octaves. Like if you slowed down a tape, the pitch will keep dropping until the tape is not moving, then you hear nothing. So a centered knob is close to that tape stopped situation. To get no pitch change but reversed you need to put the knob ccw of center. I dont have my pedal in front of me but it should be around 930 - 10 o clock.
Im not doing pre-orders but as usual you can email me and I will try to notify you via some mass message when they are in stock. If everything works out then this won't be as limited a production as the last few revs. The shark tank and my blog/site are also kept up to date with what is actually available.
Also from my perspective there should not be much difference between the old 2s and 8s versions. But who knows what kind of mojo was hiding in that smaller memory IC. If you upgrade your exact pcb to 8s the sound should not change. Some filter caps maybe slightly different between 2s and 2s units. 8s and 8s units. 2s and 8s units. Good luck.

Fluegelhorn. Guess ill off mine for the new jam. Still haven't incorporated it into my bands set yet. Been playing with it at home so often though.
I'm guess one toggle allows for the steps rather than a glide of notes. What's the other and foot switch doing?

I would like to assume the other footswitch adjusts which parameter is controlled by the expression pedal?

no, one toggle is which 'mode' the whole pedal is in. one toggle is how the expression behaves. the foot switch cycles the which model of tube screamer acts as the final gain stage (more than 6 models included).
ok anyways rest of details on release.

mmm ya now we are talking.
In a last minute turn of events i have made the new name "goodbye 24, hello toob skreemerz". The expression jack is now a mic input. You rock out for a bit then take the mic and name 3 songs recorded with the suspected model of screamer. If you are correct you unlock the only 4558JRC that made it out of a japanese factory now sunk into the sea and carlos santana shows up to give you a tug job.

Will there be any available without all the delay/pitch bending stuff?
And maybe only one kind of tubescreamer circuit in it?
I get the feeling that's what people are really looking for.
