I was 15 before I ever saw pizza that was cooked in an oven.
In Scotland, they deep fry them.
In lard.

Yes. It's revolting.
Also explains why Scotland doesn't have a problem with an ageing population. It's highly unlikely you'll make it to 40 living on a diet of lard, booze, sugar and cigarettes
and manage to avoid getting stabbed.
