hnng. i do think it matters when discussing racial issues and the like.
The point of the example was that people were making grossly offensive personal comments over shit that didnt really matter. At the time it made sense because the context was still fresh....but now its almost a year old. At the time alot of people, and not just myself or dubkitty or hogan were fighting and saying ridic shit to one another then just saying sorry and broing it up jive turkey bullshit. My point was that even though i argued with epi alot, i never got personal and said hot headed shit that there would be no way i could possibly take back.....because it was just a fucking argument. Were i to call her a [EDITED] or a cunt or a stupid bitch yadda yadda yadda that would have been a personal attack lacking any sort of bearing on the arguments we were having...or our relationship vis a vis our internet proximity. What would have been more outrageous would be for me to have said these things then as soon as shit was smushed argumentatively pass off some jive im sorry. it wouldnt have been accepted like i didnt accept hogans and dubkittys. Nowadays i honestly dont give a fuck though, i was perfectly content to just ignore hogan and jab DK a little and ignore devnul and all the other shittalkers and i still am. just let the shit die.
