Anyone been to the Alfland area? Where is the item you put in the mechanism at the end?

What were you doing?

i was fighting a dragon last night. in the funniest thing i've seen yet, it decided to fly at and attack 2 mammoths who proceeded to seriously fuck it up. i think i shot it twice before the mammoths finished him off for me. awesome.

I killed another dragon last night, and I still can't use any other shouts. Do dragons like correspond to specific shouts?

i've been finding them. other than the greybeards ones, i learned another one from the bottom of the cave where you get the horn for the greybeards

I mean I have gotten 3 words or shouts or whatever, but I can only use 1 even though I have killed more than 1 dragon.

You get a second one when visiting the Greybeards. I'm not sure how it works after that, though.
I, too, have found a word that I can't use yet, for whatever reason.
I haven't gone to get the horn yet.

You know you have to unlock them by clicking on the greyed-out shout and pressing R, right? It spends one of the soul things.

I think I did that, but it was late and I was exhausted so I don't really remember. I'll try again when I get home for work.

finally got it! its so fuckin sweet. having a hard time not killing everyone.

doing a ton of smithing and enchanting. GREAT cheap way to level up and get some money in return
