Review party! (disclaimer: tested with bass guitar only)
So, everyone's been ranting and raving about the Squarewave+ and I'm not one to hop on hype bandwagons (usually...), but DAMN is the thing mighty! It's dynamic, it's got low-end, it cuts, it feeds back, and it can get loud and massive as all hell! The clipping toggle is genius, you can definitely get some nice silicon or germanium saturation, or none at all! The clamp feature adjusts the clipping amount (I think) and it can get squished out, or none, and the range on the knob is pretty ideal. It's just a great pedal. If I was looking for a tame version of some of the sounds I get out of my 4545, I'd rock one of these. It's a good cross-breed of synthy, grindy, and drivy drive sounds. Not a single flaw, in my opinion. Does awesome things in a feedback looper.
My two favorites of the tourbox were the Spooky Tooth and the Zippy
The Spooky Tooth is like an OD on roidrage. It packs a TON of sounds into a little box. It reacts like a Muff, but sounds nothing like one. It's good, boosty, drivy/dynamic, and not to sound like a broken record, but it sounds mighty, as well. Very interactive and intuitive controls! It feels a little ampy, which is what I love out of dirt pedals. And it held all my low-end fairly well. Hella awesome. Also does neat things in a feedback looper, but not quite like the SW+ or Zippy.
The Zippy is FAT! It doesn't clean up like the Spooky or SW+, but that's not what I'd want it for. It's thick, beefy, and sharp. It's got the wall-o-fuzz feel without killing your dynamics. Superbly gated, in a way. Does WONDERFUL things in a feedback loop!! I really like the Zippy. Fantastic gain range and intuitive, interactive controls (I guess that could really be said about all of John's pedals). If you want to sound HUGE, get a Zippy.
I did not have the best experiences with the Fuzzmondo and Gnarly. They sounded great, but I bet they'd do much better things with a guitar. They're still built like tanks with fantastic knob ranges and unique sounds. They lack on low-end, but that's okay, that's your bassist's end of the mix.
I recorded some video, I just need to pester my roommate to use his Firewire port. And I'm actually picking up a bass mic soon, and he has recording software, so I will have decent demos in the future! Sucks I couldn't for these Basic Audio pedals. They're all built like tanks, and just have massive sounds. John's a super cool guy, and an AWESOME pedal builder. If I ever have expendable income in the future and want another fuzz, this guy's gettin' hit up, likely for a Zippy.

COol, thanks Eric. I appreciate your feedback.
Thanks for taking the time to post.
:Fuzzmondo and Gnarly...They lack on low-end..."
Yeah, these guys are for cutting guitar stuffs.
Clean/Bass blend would be where it's at with them.

Here are some clips for each of the pedals. Recorded them in one take earlier this evening. I captured video and will post that up soon. Ill be posting my reviews as the week passes.
Gibson Les Paul DC (tuned one step down)>Fuzz Pedal>1967 Supro Statesman
Recorded with a Korg D4 using a SM57. No post editing. Files are raw straight from the recording device.
Click "info" on the right side of the bar to see what pedal is used in each clip.

Killer demos SF!!! You're making me regret not snagging that Gnarly that was in the B/S/T last week. That LP > Supro combination is sounding too fucking good man. I dig it.
