As I mentioned on Netphoria... it was more of the fact that he obviously hadn't really used it... or read up on it, because it wasn't built to emulate the sound... which is apparent what he believed in light of his recent twitter posts... I was more upset the fact he just seemed to be stringing me along.

Billy Corgan has hardly been the model for mature discussion for some years now. Whether he's embarrassing himself all over the internet by saying Courtney Love should have her kid taken away, or warning us all about chemtrails, or his personal Jesus who isn't Jesus, or declaring his love for his girlfriend: the guys Twitter feed reads exactly like a 16 year old's.

But you can't expect much from someone who's accountable to nobody but overly zealous fans, his band (who are told what to do), and all his many yes men. It's pretty lame this was how he chose to lash out at you, Devi.

However, I'll put it like this, I wasn't interested in the Silver Rose because it was tenuously connected to a man like Billy Corgan.

I was never really one. 'Disarm' was pretty good, I guess. But listening to that record just made me want to listen to Jane's Addiction. Because 'Ritual De Lo Habitual' is a very good album.

But, ZWAN. 'Zeitgeist'. Not my cup of tea. The man doesn't sound like my cup of tea either.

It'll all be grand. At the end of the day, you developed an interesting pedal and are to expand your business. Letting this giant child get in the way of that being exciting is just a bit mad.

Have a relax. He won't lay a hand on you. He can't sue you. This won't really affect your work. Billy Corgan may not use your stuff anymore but others will, others do. You've got a pretty good name for yourself, on the business end of things you'll be fine, if you stay pleasant and professional, you'll be fine.

You didn't want to work with him anymore anyway, and honestly, I don't know who would. If he's like this in type, and the guy is six foot whatever, I can only imagine his stature allows him to intimidate and threaten and rant his way into whatever he wants. He's clearly a loose cannon with the build of a giant and the demeanor of a perpetually displeased adolescent.
