I think you have every right to be angry about the situation. How can you sell someone faulty gear, expensive gear at that, and completely evade every attempt the buyer has made at communication with you? If I were to do that I'd expect someone to get angry with me, although getting aggressive and calling me a fucking piece of shit maaaay be a bit much to handle. Either way, I understand that there are people here who have had good deals with him and think he's a good guy, but in my opinion that doesn't provide any reasoning for why this situation should be allowed to continue without anything being done. If there are extenuating circumstances surrounding the lack of correspondence i.e. baby banditos, tapeworms, weird green blobs on Jamaican guys heads?... they should be addressed by the seller and the situation, if not able to be immediately rectified should atleast be explained somewhat by ElBandito. *steps down off soapbox*

intothegroove is an asshole. He negociated with me for hours, for something I was not even officialy selling, saying he had cash in hands and was ready to paypal me and when he finally convinced me and was waiting for his paypal he disappeared for 24 hours and just warned me he had decided to buy something else. He's a time waster, avoid him.
This doesn't look super great for you Mr. intothegroove.
You might have been screwed over, it's impossible for any of to really know what happened, but this is kind of a blow against you and your word ya know.

I guess I'm not surprised that a guy who immediately flies of the rails and then expects everyone else to be "reasonable" and bend to his every demand is kind of an asshole. I'm not saying that intothegroove didn't get wrong; I am saying that he comes across like an asshole.

I was looking for metasonix stuff,I wanted a TM-7 and I pm'd askthedust to see if he has gear,he was telling how the TM-5 has all the TM family's in it,and no I didn't have the cash,I had to wait to get payed,at least i didn't sell him anything busted,or didn't make him ship before payment! And plus he told me from the start that he was going to put it on eBay anyways
