Update: Girlfriend wanted to get brunch, so now I'm having a seitan steak and tofu scramble (like egg scrambler, but with herb tofu) with hashbrowns from my favorite little veg

snipelfritz, have you ever been down to the Cactus Club in Bayview? It's right next door to the Palomino bar that I mentioned. Cactus Club has great shows, but we (my girlfriend and I) don't go nearly enough.

No, I have not. I do not go to shows nor into Milwaukee nearly as often as I should. I don't have anybody who want to go to anythings I'd like to go to. The only friend people I know who are still in town are all metulllll
I'm overly self-conscious as it is; I have trouble being that guy who goes places and meets people right away.
