The whole Dwarfcraft doing character assassination thing doesn't really hold water.

*There are other people in the discussion ...like Kickstarter backers that never got paid . Now why was it she didn't mention them in her announcement?
*She's made 20+min videos publicly disclosing that she has mental health problems.

It's more, how does she put it, "rallying the base". I like the intro 'since people have asked' (which Devi, BTW isn't going to work in your favor should the post-sale use of name in trade issue go active) as a way of starting her announcements

I DO like the part where devi says Dwarfcraft "aren't being very clear" and criticizes "their lack of communication"

So somehow taking over a non-operational, completely insolvent brand from someone who admitted to negligence ["I understand this is negligence on my part"] and destroying the company's ability to function is running things into the ground ?

I don't write and sign a contract in 24 hours. It isn't even a lack of communication. She just isn't getting the answer she wants, and thinks she deserves, immediately.

Oh well. Our life will go on and we will be fine, even if fine means I go back to my old job in software. Unlike other people, when I left my job, I left a good reputation to come back to...

Why would she expect you to draft another one? So did she send you her contract proposal?
