Unless that's a transitional unit with old guts and a newer enclosure it's actually a V3, which is apparently the least desirable of the series.

I don't think there's anything wrong with a price like that honestly. The WATA Fuzz was made as a collectors item from the beginning. There weren't many made and they were hard to get.
