I really couldn't help myself, seriously. I was bummed the last time that Schnikes had put stuff up for his friend that I couldn't help out at that time, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to not only get a sweet amp, but also to help out Schnikes friend this time.

For whatever reason (I blame the new Old Man Gloom records) I had been wanting a dual channel amp with the ability to do gainy stuff. I had just bought the MiniMat but the Shiv seemed more up my alley for what I'm trying to do. I can't wait to get it in!

It totally is the most I have spent on anything amp related for sure, even more than the Verellen and the other Spaldo that I used to have. I'm curious of the bedroom volumes too, for when I am at home and the baby is sleeping. I accidentally made him cry with the MiniMat yesterday and felt like shit cause I know he is used to my amps so it must've been really loud

Gonna buy a staytrem for my jag whenever I have some extra cash. Maybe an arm too, i'm really sick of my vibrato arm falling into the pocket the tension is also kinda weird and up and down depending on where the arm is, I hope new hardware will solve this problem
