Yea no doubt. But it seems like the Model T's are the ones that get traded back and forth the most. I'm looking to have a second Enforcer which I know is next to impossible. I came across I think 3 or 4 when I started to look for them again. 2 were toast one was totally trashed not working, the other was heavily fucked up modified that I wouldn't want to work with it. the other two were better. I know one went for 3100.

Here's the thing, out of all the amps pictured here, the 1200s is my favorite.

That said, I paid $400 for it, got it working, realized it was awesome but needed help and spent another $200 to have someone with a lot more knowledge than me to make it perfect Money very well spent in my opinion.

So I guess I'm saying yeah, way overpriced, but that's a hell of an amp right there.

Yea I think you can say that. it also can do some fender- cleans. or mix the two it has the ability to actually blend the clean and dirt channel. In that video it's actually both channels running. I plan on doing some more. I actually need a special footswitch to make it go to just one channel. I use this amp to record Yzordderrex exclusively.

that's actually a good price for that, considering current overpricing of sunn gear. if you want the model t sound, there's supposedly not a substantial difference really with the red knob ones from the original. you could probably get $600 for that cab if you didn't need it easily, bring that head into a kind of normal price range for fancy vintage heads, i.e., old marshalls and such.

We're discussing some kind of long distance trade. Seems like a nice dude. Hopefully something comes of it.

DO NOT :animal: :flame:

Though if he decides against shipping it I'm sure you could scoop it pretty easy. He's looking for cabs.

it's not the reissue really. it's the second generation of the original. almost all the same specs as the first generation. single channel, 150-ish watts from 6550's in ultra linear. if you don't want the OG then you don't want the 2nd gen red knob. this was still pre-fender. the "reissue" is the two channel 6l6 amp that came out long after fender bought the sunn name. it's the same as an "evil twin" or "the twin". very different amp from this one, though certainly not without it's merits. it's just not a model t. the 2nd gen red knobs are still a model t.

Folks do seem to swear up and down that the 2nd Gen is far inferior to 1st Gen though? Listening to clips they both still have that Model T 'roar' going on so :idk:
