shits been busy this last month and I have only been going about 2 days a week to the gym. It sucks! I need to get back to lifting 3x a week. I am going to try and start hitting the gym up in the AM and waking up at 445 am to do it. Ive done it a couple of times but im still working out the schedule.

I did 205lbs on the squat not too long ago on a day that I was well rested. It felt fucking awesome! I cant wait to throw 2 plates on that mother fucker and get my ass to the grass. Hopefully by summer i'll be at 225lbs on the squat.

Nice lift, bro!

Back up to 155# cleans, aka over bodyweight. Could only do it once and failed 3 times trying a second time. Better than nothing.

Meanwhile, my push press is stalling at 95. Fortunately it doesn't hurt my shoulder as much so I should be able to do full Oly cleans in a few weeks.

Shoot some video next time you clean and let us check it out. I may give some pointers

Killer workout at uconn gym, Front Squats (135, 185, 205, 225 x 5), (245 x 3), (265 x 1), Back Squats (155, 185, 205, 225 x 3), Clean, 145, 185, 205, 225, 235. 235 being a new PR.

Good OLY Sunday today.

Hang Snatch doubles from the knee and power position (like right below the hip crease) at 115#

Hang Clean doubles from the knee and power position both up to 185#, failed a single at 205#. Failure since I touched my elbows against my knees at the bottom position even tho i brought it up. Almost had that shit.

Then some Pendlay Rows but cut it short since my shoulders and upper back were getting beat.

this is one of my fav ankle mobility things, Donny Shankle narrating his training. We do this fairly often at OLY.

Dude has the deepest voice as well, comes across as quite philosophical at time. He is on the recovery after a dislocated shoulder. Back about 1-1.5 years ago he was a 105 kg lifter killing it in the US.
