The tug in the eggs I get, but sprouts for breakfast? I like 'em don't get me wrong but did you literally have boiled sprouts with it?
Saying that I have had poached egg and broccoli before...
Seriously though yep I did eat sprouts and scrambled eggs. Know what else is a good healthy breakfast...quinoa, sardines, avocado, topped with some fresh lime juice.

They were steamed sprouts by the way.
Shredded and cooked in with the eggs would be nice.
I'm not a big quinoa fan (if i'm going that route it's couscous all the way) and don't eat fish but could quite easily have lentils and a poached or scrambled eggs with avocado, I love having avocado with breakfast.
My favourite slightly more brunchy thing is some fried peppers, chillies and onions in tomato with spices and maybe some kidney beans or lentils or something with an egg or 2 cooked in to it with some avocado, salad and natural yoghurt and a bit of lime juice and corriander (cilantro) kinda like... healthy huevos rancheros... then I have a tug in it.

I'm with Scruffie. Firm on the couscous side. I do love a nice bread for breakfast though, so I would not eat either Quinoa or Couscous. Usually it's more like bread with cheese or salami and maybe (on sundays) a poached egg or an omelette. To cure a hangover I'd have pickled cucumber. Also sardines? Like canned sardines or do you put on a barbecue for breakfast?
I eat the same thing for breakfast everyday for 6 weeks and then it changes. No fun stuff. Always eggs. Always a carb like cream of brown rice, oatmeal or an English muffin.
Right now I'm eating 3 whole eggs and 5 egg whites.
God I miss food. All for the gains bro. The GAINS.

I've been meaning to give quinoa a try. Many a dish I have tried to make and failed because I did not have quinoa or a substitute.
Eggs go with everything, even some fruit. So handy to have.
