i've never heard anything from the Beatles that intrigued me. sure i know a few of their songs from them being eternal pop juggernauts, they just do nothing for me.
i love the idea of everything modern having distinct roots you can trace back. perhaps to three cavemen banging rocks together. POLYRHYTHMIC CARBON MASHING.
but that doesn't mean a band that might be a link in the chain is any good or fun to listen to.

Just played my Mesa again. Haven't had a lot of time with it because of my job and other shit going on. Holy fuck. This thing is seriously like the loudest amp ever. I turned it up to half volume and I thought my head was going to explode. Plus the distortion on tap it has when you turn the gain up will knock your dick off your body and shove it straight up your asshole. So much gain.
