Re: Let's see your AMP!
This came up locally for a nice price and I couldn't resist. It's a Ceriatone 5E7 Narrow Panel Bandmaster in a custom tweed cabinet with two 10" Eminence Rajun Cajun speakers. The Bandmaster originally had three 10" speakers so I guess this is more like a Narrow Panel Super.
26 watts, 2 x 6L6Gs with a 5U4G in the rectifier. 2 x 12AX7 and a 12AY7 in the pre-amp. The only mod to the 5E7 circuit is that it now has an adjustable fixed bias (I think Victoria do this to their 5E7s, too).
Had a few hours with it today and was really, really impressed. It's incredibly quiet, lots of headroom, nice breakup when you push it, takes pedals beautifully, sounds pretty much wonderful . Very clear, great dynamics, plenty of bottom end, LOUD - pretty much everything I was hoping for.

I posted this in the doom room a couple days ago, but I figured I could share it here too. I just switched over to playing the tele and love it so far. It goes into my Logos head I built which in turn goes into the sunn 412L that I just put warehouse guitar speaker et90s. Going to get its first show tonight.

Nice tweed, to join in with everyone. I was just at a studio yesterday that was working on a tweed twin, but a reissue. With the reissue fender added in some fuses on the heaters and for the rectifier. One of the connections was loose on the fuse holder but looked fine. We were poking and prodding the damn amp trying to figure out what was wrong when everything looked fine. Finally figured out it was a shitty connection with the fuse.

^ Thanks, guys. It was a no-brainer for the price. Hadn't played a Ceriatone before so I wasn't entirely sure what to expect but it's pretty incredible. Build quality is awesome all around.
@ dazedbyday, I hope you were following the "one hand" rule. I'm always terrified poking around inside an amp…

Hahaha, actually one of the techs and I were poking at a wire and then I stopped, looked at him slowly and asked if the amp was unplugged. We both looked down and it was. A sigh of relief was had by all. We were too frustrated at the damn thing to think before we started poking around.

Just picked up this monster. It's an Ampeg V6b (already had the Marshall cab), 240w into 4 ohms solid state beast. Sounds really cool and got it for a fair price too, couldn't be happier!
